The company has a Powered Access License (PAL) that enables trained personnel to take on high-level cleaning jobs such as windows, gutters, facia boards.
The company operates across the South West, with a uniformed staff of 45 trained personnel engaged on cleaning work.
"A feature of our contracts is that the customer is never asked to sign anything", says Helen. "Though with have an informal verbal contract with the customer, our belief is that the strength of the relationship is in the quality of the work we do, rather than because the customer is tied into a twelve month contract".
